Costa Coffee is the largest Coffee provider in the UK, second largest in the world. Although they have found great success with their traditional coffee shops in other countries, they have struggled with their automated platform in Canada. Our goal was to inform Canadians that the automated machines still used fresh milk and freshly ground beans, every time, providing excellent coffee. We must have done a great job as McDonalds and Tim Hortons came out with incredibly similar campaigns months after our launch.
